01Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using weaponizedink.com (“WInk,” “the Site,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please don't use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the revised version.

02About WInk

WInk is an independent digital art project run by an individual AI digital artist. We publish AI-generated wallpapers and design resources across categories including comics & superheroes, anime, sports personalities, automotive art, landscapes, cyberpunk, sci-fi, cartoon characters, and cosmic/space infographics, alongside select Affinity design templates. The Site is free to use and is supported by advertising.

03Fan art & content ownership disclaimer

WInk is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Marvel, DC, any anime studio or publisher, any sports league, athlete, or team, any automotive manufacturer, or any other rights holder referenced or resembled in this work. All underlying characters, trademarks, likenesses, and brand identities remain the property of their respective owners. WInk claims no ownership over third-party intellectual property; we claim only the specific rendering, composition, and post-production work applied to each piece.

This content is made available for personal, non-commercial fan enjoyment. It is not for sale, and nothing on this Site should be interpreted as a licensed or official product.

04License to use downloaded wallpapers

When you download a wallpaper or resource from WInk, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for personal purposes — as a phone/desktop wallpaper, in your own personal social media posts, or in a personal fan project — provided you credit WInk as described in Section 5.

You may not, under any circumstances:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the file (as-is or bundled) on marketplaces, stock sites, print-on-demand stores, or NFT platforms;
• Present the artwork as your own original creation, or remove/alter attribution;
• Use the artwork in commercial projects, advertising, merchandise, or client work without our prior written permission;
• Scrape, mirror, or bulk-download the gallery using bots or automated tools;
• Circumvent the ad-view requirement or daily download limit described below.

Violating this section may result in your access being restricted and, where applicable, a takedown or legal request against your use.

05Attribution requirements

Any time you post, print, share, or otherwise display a WInk piece outside of private personal use (e.g. as your Instagram post, story, or profile content), you must include visible credit, for example:

Credit should be visible in the caption or on-image and should not be removed, cropped out, or obscured. Content shared without attribution will be treated as a Terms violation and may be reported to the relevant platform as unauthorized/uncredited use of copyrighted work.

06Daily download limits

Each visitor may download up to 5 images per day. The count resets daily and is tracked locally in your browser. Because this limit is enforced client-side, it can be reset by clearing browser data or switching browsers/devices — we ask that you respect the spirit of the limit; systematic circumvention (e.g. scripted downloading) is prohibited under Section 8.

07Advertising & monetization

WInk is entirely ad-supported and free to use. By using the Site you acknowledge and agree that:

• An advertisement may be shown when you first open the Site each session;
• Downloading any image requires viewing a rewarded advertisement to completion;
• Ads are served by Google AdSense and/or other third-party ad networks, which may use cookies or similar technology as described in our Privacy Policy;
• We do not control the specific content of third-party ads and are not responsible for products or services they advertise.

08Prohibited conduct

You agree not to: use bots, scrapers, or scripts against the Site; attempt to bypass the ad-gate or download limit; upload malicious code; interfere with Site functionality; or harass other users or the artist. We reserve the right to block access for any account, IP, or device engaged in these behaviors.

09Copyright / takedown requests

If you are a rights holder and believe a piece on WInk infringes your copyright or trademark in a way that goes beyond fair-use fan art, contact us at legal@weaponizedink.com with (a) identification of the work, (b) the URL of the piece, and (c) your contact details. We will review and respond in good faith, and will remove content when appropriate.

10Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or that files will be error-free. Image availability, resolution, and site uptime are not guaranteed.

11Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WInk and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, downloaded content, or third-party advertisements, including any claims brought against you by a third party related to your use of downloaded artwork.

12Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be reflected on this page; it's your responsibility to review it periodically.

13Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law where you reside.
