Privacy Policy

01Overview

WeaponizedInk (“WInk,” “we,” “us”) publishes free AI-generated wallpapers at weaponizedink.com. This policy explains what limited data the Site collects, how advertising partners use data on our pages, and the choices available to you. We don't require account creation to browse or download, so we collect far less than a typical membership site.

02Information we collect

We collect two categories of data:

• Automatically collected data — IP address, approximate location, browser/device type, referring page, and pages visited, gathered via standard server logs and any analytics tool we enable (e.g. Google Analytics).
• Data you provide directly — only if you choose to email us (e.g. for a takedown request or support question), in which case we see your email address and whatever you include in the message.

We do not require sign-up, and we do not knowingly collect names, payment details, or precise location.

03Cookies & local storage

The Site uses your browser's local/session storage (not a server database) for two purely functional purposes:

• Remembering whether you've seen the intro ad this session;
• Tracking how many images you've downloaded today, to enforce the 5-image daily limit.

Separately, our advertising partners (Section 5) may set their own cookies or device identifiers for ad delivery and measurement. You can clear cookies/local storage at any time in your browser settings — doing so also resets your daily download count.

04How we use information

We use the data above to: operate and secure the Site; enforce the daily download limit and prevent abuse (e.g. scraping); understand aggregate traffic and popular categories so we know what to create next; and respond to emails you send us.

05Third-party advertising

WInk is ad-supported. We currently use, or intend to use, Google AdSense for display advertising and may add a rewarded-ad network to gate downloads (standard AdSense does not offer rewarded-video units for websites the way it does for apps, so this may be served through Google Ad Manager, the AdSense Offerwall feature, or a third-party network such as Adsterra or PropellerAds).

These partners may use cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies to serve ads based on your visit to this and other sites. Google's use of advertising cookies is described at policies.google.com/technologies/ads, and you can review or adjust your ad personalization settings at adssettings.google.com.

06Children's privacy

WInk is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we'll remove it.

07Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the service providers necessary to run the Site — hosting, analytics, and advertising partners named in Section 5 — each governed by their own privacy policies.

08Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect data on the Site, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

09Your rights & choices

You can: clear local storage/cookies at any time via your browser; opt out of Google's ad personalization at adssettings.google.com; and, depending on your location, request access to or deletion of any data you've directly shared with us (e.g. via email) by contacting us at the address below.

10International visitors

The Site is operated from India. If you access it from another country, your data may be processed in India or in the countries where our analytics/ad partners operate.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
